The illusion is that if you just cut out meat, then you will be in a better state mentally and physically. That is a pure misconception. You must also reevaluate the choices that you make with what you consume.

For example, if you want eat squash, you have the option to eat them raw, sautéed, stewed, baked, or fried. Sure, they may taste great fried. However, the oil selection makes an impact, what you bread it with changes the nutritional value and when you cook your veggies, if you're not making a stew, it is also killing any live enzymes that could benefit the body.

Being vegan, you can still (technically) eat vegan cookies, potato chips and other vegan junk food, which can be high in calories and low in nutrients. These are processed and ultra-processed foods. Eating these foods can cause your body to have higher risk of developing diseases and contribute negative effects in the body.

You also have the "hybrid versus native" fruits and vegetables that you have to be careful with. Hybrid fruits and vegetables are altered by splicing DNA. These particular fruits and vegetables are usually seedless and are modified based off of convenience, not nutrition. As a matter of fact, These hybrid fruits and vegetables are not beneficial because they destroy the quality of alkalized fluid inside of your gut.

When eating alkaline fruits and vegetables, You are consuming living organisms that are electrical and maintain an appropriate PH level to consume. When allowing your body to consume alkaline fruits and vegetables that are in its natural form, It is providing nutrition and balancing the PH LEVELS within the body.

Here are some examples of HYBRID fruits and vegetables:

Apple (all types)

Asparagus

Banana (excluding Thai or Baby Banana)

That is why it's very important to be mindful when putting things into your body for nutrition. When you are conscious of what you are putting inside your body, you have opportunity to be able to control any kind chaotic eating behaviors or habits. You also have the opportunity to develop knowledge in regards to what you're eating, when you're eating, and how much you are consuming. It is very important to be aware of self in today's world and give yourself the time to consciously develop healthier food choices. You can improve your mental clarity, help with weight management and, of course, provide an alternate solution to providing fuel to your body rather than increasing lethargy.. Practicing mindful eating can contribute to a healthier you and a more conscious relationship with food.
